Limitation of Liability for Delivery
Products are delivered within 2–4 days of order confirmation by Urgent Curier or GLS Curier.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 4:00 p.m. are dispatched the same day or the following day, depending on product availability in stock.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched to customers on the first working day of the following week.
Delivery is free for orders over 299 lei only within the coverage areas of Urgent Curier or GLS Curier. Products are delivered nationwide and therefore anywhere in Romania. In addition to the price charged by MOD-ELLE COMPANY for products or services, customers will be required to pay a delivery fee directly to the courier company transporting the products for orders under 299 lei and for locations outside the coverage areas of Urgent Curier or GLS Curier.
Products are delivered by the courier company with which MOD-ELLE COMPANY has entered into a collaboration agreement. The applicable fees are those specified in the “HOW TO ORDER” section of the website www.dormisete.ro. – www.dormisete.ro/content/3-cum-comand
MOD-ELLE COMPANY cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations of deliveries of ordered products if these are caused by circumstances beyond MOD-ELLE COMPANY’s control, including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest, or other force majeure events, in accordance with the applicable Romanian legislation in force at the time of order confirmation. If the customer cannot be found at the specified address during the time interval agreed upon by both parties, the product or products covered by this delivery may be handed over to the customer only after reconfirming the order with a sales consultant and paying any additional costs generated by this situation.
Limitation of Liability for Payment
Payment for products ordered under this Customer Agreement may be made in advance or upon delivery of the products. MOD-ELLE COMPANY reserves the right to request advance payment for products in certain cases. Advance payment may be made by postal money order, bank transfer, or cash deposit into the company’s account; proof of payment must be sent to MOD-ELLE COMPANY at the email address va*****@*******te.ro. Delivery will be made only after payment has been confirmed by MOD-ELLE COMPANY’s bank. Online credit card payment, by selecting the online payment processor in the order form, is also considered advance payment. In this case, MOD-ELLE COMPANY will request confirmation of the transaction’s security and validity from the electronic payment processor and will also perform additional checks where necessary before delivering the products. Ordered products must be paid for in full; otherwise, delivery will not be made.
If products are paid for upon delivery using the cash-on-delivery service, in addition to the product price and shipping cost, the cash-on-delivery service fee must also be paid. For more details, please consult the website of the URGENT CURIER or GLS Curier courier company. To avoid the cash-on-delivery fee, payment may be made by bank transfer or by depositing the amount directly into MOD-ELLE COMPANY’s account.
The order may also be paid online by bank card. In this case, when the order is confirmed, you will be redirected to the payment options, where you can choose to pay by card. The payment processor is PlatiOnline.ro
Online payment by card, whether personal or belonging to your company, is fully secure. The accepted cards are those issued under the VISA logos (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code).
No additional commission is charged for transactions. Card data is processed exclusively on PlatiOnline servers. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store your confidential card details but sends them in encrypted form over a secure connection to the processing bank. Your information is therefore secure.
Regardless of the currency in your account, transactions are made in lei, at your bank’s exchange rate.
